All purchases made through Padletics are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy
Replacements are only applicable if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Clear photo or video evidence is provided

All replacement requests are subject to Padletics’ final approval.

Non-Eligible Cases
No replacement will be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used products

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
